Welcome to NestHome. Zactra Technologies respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the account data and household financial records you provide through the service.
2. Information we collect
- Account data: name, email address, optional phone information, and securely derived password credentials.
- Financial records: transaction details, amounts, dates, categories, methods, notes, currencies, and loan information created by authorized users.
- Uploaded media: avatar and transaction images uploaded to private authenticated storage.
- Security and audit information: selected events used to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.
3. How information is used and protected
Information is used to provide and maintain the service. Authenticated financial API responses and private media are configured not to be stored by public or shared caches. Production deployments should use HTTPS and environment-managed secrets. NestHome does not sell personal household financial data to advertisers.
4. Household access
Shared family records are available only to authenticated members of the relevant workspace according to their assigned role. Users should invite only trusted people and review membership when household access changes.
5. Exports and connected applications
CSV and JSON exports can contain private information and should be stored securely. Authorized mobile clients may use the same protected APIs through the configured deployment domain; those clients remain responsible for secure credential and device handling.
6. Data rights and account deletion
You may export supported records or request permanent account deletion through the Delete Account page. Account deletion requires authentication, matching account details, the current password, and explicit confirmation.
